- Once this form is received by Oasis Scientific Inc. please allow two business days for a response.
- After the form has been reviewed and the subject part requires more investigation by Vividia, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping charges required to deliver the subject parts to Vividia.
- If a replacement PO is created to replace these parts during the interim of the RMA process, please reference this replacement PO number in the “Description of Failure Field” and credit can be applied to this order upon an approved warranty.
Vividia Technologies warrants that each new unit manufactured by Oasis to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service for a period of one year (except the articulating bending parts, in which case the warranty period shall be 90 days) from the date of shipment to the original retail owner from our distributors, resellers or Vivida Technologies.
Vividia Technologies will, at its option, repair or replace, at the Vividia Technologies facility or at a point designated by Vividia, any part which shall appear to the satisfaction of Vividia Technologies inspection to have been defective in material or workmanship. |
Warranty Exclusions:
- Defects and damage to products resulting from wear, tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage, transit, non-performance of scheduled operator and equipment maintenance items, battery leakage, or use of non-approved accessories, consumable, or supplies, software programs, and consumables, including but not limited to batters.
- The borescope damages due to working environment such as water, moisture, heat, oil, coldness, dust, chemical.
- The borescope damages due to improper use, such as physical breaking, wear and tear, dropping, and exposure to extreme conditions.
